Major T. L. C. Curtis, Langford Hall, Newark, Nottinghamshire; (sale, Christie’s, London, 9 July 1937, no. 71, as Perugino); Lumley. (Wildenstein, New York); sold to Samuel H. Kress [1863 1955] in 1943; gift 1961 to the Denver Art Museum, no 1961.165 (on loan from the Kress Foundation, 1954–61).
