    Join museum staff who worked closely with the construction team and get a behind-the-scenes look at the construction process that brought the Martin Building to life.

    Session 2

    Holding Up: Stories from Conservation

    How did the DAM conservation team care for artworks during closure and prepare them for their display in the Martin Building? Join this talk to learn more about the work and care the museum's conservation took to prepare art for display in the Martin Building.

    Session 3

    Mission Impossible: Planning for the New Galleries

    Meet the team that played a key role in organizing and overseeing the new galleries, from drawings to reality. Take a deep dive into how the DAM coordinated and collaborated with different departments to plan and build the new galleries in the Martin Building.

    Session 4

    In Dialogue: Indigenous Voices in the Galleries

    Join museum staff and council members in a conversation about what this collaboration looked like, from contributing to community voice videos and labels, consulting on the accuracy of content, and developing big ideas in the Home/Land section.
