1. When clicking on any Buy Tickets button, you should be redirected to a ticketing page. Click on the Log In or Register An Account button on the top, right-hand corner.
2. Input your email and password. This should be the same email you used when purchasing your membership. If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot your password? link. You can also look up your membership using the I am a member, look up my membership without the email option. You will need your member ID, which is located on the back of your membership card.
3. After clicking, Log In, you will be redirected to a membership selection page. Make sure you select your Museum Friends account in the drop-down menu before clicking Continue.
4. Once you're logged in, you should see your Museum Friends account under your name on the top, right-hand corner. You should now be able to purchase tickets at the Museum Friends level! You can also switch between your different accounts by clicking on the membership listed under your name.
