You're invited to the next quarterly pairings dinner at The Ponti on Thursday, May 15. Enjoy a four-course dinner with wine pairings.
Menu created by Chef de cuisine, Cory Neigherbauer. The night's sommelier is Maximo du Bouchet and Hostess/General Manager is Erica Smith.
- 6:30-7 pm: Welcome toast by the chef and mingling among guests.
- 7-8:30 pm: Sit down dinner. Each wine and course will be explained in detail following servings.
