About the Educators

Elle-Han Collings is an artist and educator with a BFA in Art Education from MSU Denver. She currently works as a middle school art teacher. Elle-Han considers herself a multidisciplinary artist having experience in printmaking, ceramics, drawing, painting, sculpture, and more. Through her work, Elle aims to express big picture ideas and concepts that speak to relevant topics both personal and societal. When she's not making art, Elle-Han enjoys hiking, swimming, reading, and cooking.

Colorado-based artist Jade Hoyer is a mixed-media artist and educator whose work addresses social issues and questions of racial identity and social privilege. She exhibits her work internationally and her work is included in collections including the Museum at Texas Tech University’s Artist Printmaker Research Collection, the Association of Pinoy Printmakers, Philippines, and the Museu da Gravura de Curitiba, Brazil. She is a professor of art at Metropolitan State University of Denver.
