Summer is almost over, but there’s still plenty of things to do at the DAM. How many items can you check off this list before fall? Remember, general admission is free for youth 18 and under every day (which includes all of the following)!

Quána Madison will be in the Paint Studio demonstrating expressionist painting as a path to well-being, noon–3 pm August 10-11 and August 17-18, 2019. The Paint Studio is included with general admission, which is free for members and youth 18 and under.
Lucía Rodríguez will be in the Paint Studio demonstrating painting related to color as light, noon–3 pm July 27-28 and August 3-4, 2019. The Paint Studio is included with general admission, which is free for members and youth 18 and under.
Angela Craven will be in the Paint Studio demonstrating painting related to empathy, noon–3 pm July 13-14 and July 20-21, 2019. The Paint Studio is included with general admission, which is free for members and youth 18 and under.

Pop on over to Cuentos del Arte
Join our cuentista, or master storyteller, on July 6, 2019, for Free First Saturday where she will share the story of the Moon Rope. Stories are bilingual and will begin at 11:30 am and 1 pm.

The Denver Art Museum offers discounted general admission* to individuals and families with a Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) card. For $1 per person (for up to 10 people total), SNAP cardholders will receive general admission to the museum, which includes fun and creative programs for the whole family such as:
Create Playdate–Drop in for hands-on artmaking with your little ones, ages 3–5. Meet in the atrium for program location on the second Wednesday of the month, 10 am–1 pm.
