Wine Pairing Dinner Series at The Ponti
You're invited to the next quarterly pairings dinner at The Ponti. Enjoy a special four-course dinner with wine pairings.
6:30-7 pm: Welcome toast by the chef and mingling among guests.
7-8:30 pm: Sit down dinner. Each wine and course will be explained in detail following servings.

Passed Hors d'oeuvres: Apple and Brie; Green Bena Casserole Arnacini; Crab Roll with tarragon, kewpie
1st Course: Pork Belly with sweet potato, pepitas, cranberry, pear
2nd Course: Roasted Scallop with bagna càuda, heart of palm, artichoke, pan con tomato
3rd Course: Cornish Hen with sausage and waffle stuffing, brussels, spiced maple
4th Course: Apple Tart with meringue, caramel, pretzel, lemon
