Quarterly Wine Pairing Dinner Series at The Ponti
You're invited to the next quarterly pairings dinner at The Ponti. Enjoy a special four-course dinner with wine pairings.
6:30-7 pm: Welcome toast by the chef and mingling among guests.
7-8:30 pm: Sit down dinner. Each wine and course will be explained in detail following servings.
July Wine Dinner Menu
Reception: Melon & Duck Prosciutto with Corn Vichyssoise and Grilled Shrimp
1st Course: Sherry Cured Tuna with Tomato, Cucumber, and Shiso
2nd Course: Lump Crab Pasta with Trofie Pasta, Blistered Corn, Pistachio, and Tarragon
3rd Course: Grilled Pork Steak with Pulled Pork, Soy BBQ, Crispy Kale, and Palisade Peach
4th Course: “Banana Split” with Banana Semifreddo, Amarena Cherry, Pineapple, and Caramel
