Lace-Making Demonstrations

Volunteer artists demonstrate lace-making techniques. Try it for yourself, too! These demonstrations will take place in the Thread Studio, located on level 6 of the Martin Building, on May 8, May 22, June 12, and June 26.
The Thread Studio is an interactive space where visitors can try their hand at textile-based activities inspired by the DAM's collections and exhibitions, like the current Conversation Pieces: Stories from the Fashion Archives show.
