Indomitably Indigenous
Indomitably Indigenous showcases the creativity of Indigenous youth ages 12-25. Artworks in this showcase celebrate the Indigenous identities and artistic abilities of emerging artists in the Denver metro area. The show will be on display November 1, 2024, through January 1, 2025, in the Wonderscape located on the lower level of the Martin Building.
Interested in submitting your artwork? The DAM is seeking emerging, Indigenous-identifying artists, ages 12-25, to participate in Indomitably Indigenous. Artists can submit 1-3 art pieces. Two-dimensional, three-dimensional, digital, and traditional arts are welcome (bring on the beadwork!). The requirements:
- Two-dimensional artwork must have a white frame, this can be made from matboard, cardstock, or construction paper
- Please no glass or framed art pieces
- Nothing that will attract bugs or track in dust
- Nothing heavier than 3 pounds for hanging pieces
