Harnessing the Arts to Promote Wellness: Artful Living Interdisciplinary Performance
Can looking at art change our brain? Will dancing change our behavior? Music change our bodies? Learn from visual artists, dancers and musicians how these artforms help people explore feelings and emotions, and (re)connect with themselves and others. This participatory workshop is designed to ignite individual creativity and explore its important role in our lives and wellbeing.
Artists include Colorado Ballet Studio Company, Jane Hunt, Quang Ho, and Daniel Sprick.
