Overview

Join us for a housewarming party at the Denver Art Museum. Raise a glass to creativity and community on this evening brimming with live music, thematic treats, and cocktails. Explore seven floors of newly designed galleries across the reimagined Lanny & Sharon Martin Building.

This event is for ages 21 and over. Admission is $125, $100 for members. Tickets will be available for purchase through October 15. Guests may enter on 13th Avenue between Broadway and Bannock St.

Additional details about the event:

  • Festive attire is encouraged! 50th Anniversary Gold or Vibrant Vintage are welcome.
  • Full Circle is presented by Molly's Spirits and supported by CultureHaus and Odell Brewing Co.
  • Featuring DJs Jeromie Dorrance, Mario Zoots, and Kiltro, who will perform in the Sturm Grand Pavilion.
  • Food stations and bars will be set up in the Sturm Grand Pavilion and Morgridge Creative Hub, including wine and a signature mezcal paloma provided by Molly’s Spirits, beer from Odell Brewing Co., a grilled cheese station, a noodle bar, a flatbread station, and a dessert station.
  • MiHi Entertainment Photobooth featuring Boomerangs and printed photos will be stationed in the Summit Room on the 7th level. The photobooth will have a custom-made backdrop by a local artist (and DAM employee) Judy Gehrke-Gilbert.
  • All 7 levels of reimagined gallery spaces will be yours to explore, including the new ReVisión: Art in the Americas exhibition.
  • A commemorative Martin Building reopening poster will be gifted to all attendees.

Statement of Health and Safety

Our guests’ health and safety remain at the forefront of our event planning. With this in mind, we strongly request museum event guests and attendees be fully vaccinated at least 2 weeks before attending the Grand Opening Events in October, including the Leadership Luncheon (Wed 10/13), Unveiled Gala (Fri 10/15), The Grand Opening Reception (Wed 10/20) and Full Circle (Fri 10/22). Alternatively, we ask that guests receive a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the event. Guests will not be required to wear masks based on current city and state guidelines.

Upon your RSVP or ticket purchase you will receive a confirmation email with vaccine & testing verification instructions.

We kindly ask that if you are not feeling well on the day of the event that you remain at home, and we will celebrate with you at another time!

The Denver Art Museum staff are all fully vaccinated and event vendors will be masked.

The Martin Building

Designed by Italian architect Gio Ponti and Denver-based James Sudler Associates, the Martin Building first opened in 1971. For the building's 50th anniversary, it has been fully restored and renovated throughout, including expanded galleries, restaurants, and rooftop and outdoor spaces offering visitor access to stunning city and mountain views.

It will reopen to the public with a free general admission day on October 24, 2021.
