Visit the Denver Art Museum and enjoy free general admission all day!

And on Free Days through October, come enjoy open access hours from 11 am to 2 pm at our Sensory Garden! The garden is an accessible outdoor space for visitors of all ages and abilities to engage with and enjoy plants that evoke the five senses. The Sensory Garden is open daily during regular museum hours but volunteers are present on Open Access days to answer questions and interact with visitors. Learn more.

What are SCFD Free Days?

Organizations across Denver—from the Denver Museum of Nature & Science to our neighbors at the Clyfford Still Museum—provide hundreds of free days and free programs throughout the year. These days are made possible, in part, by funding from the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (SCFD).

SCFD is a voter-approved special district in the seven-county metro area that provides a stable source of supplemental funding to more than 300 scientific and cultural organizations inside the district's boundaries.
