Designing For Accessibility: Community Listening Session
This event is currently at capacity and all available spots have been filled. We still want to hear from you. If you'd like to share your thoughts and ideas about accessibility, please use the register link to sign up to receive our accessibility survey.
Join a community discussion on how we can create a more accessible and inclusive museum experience for everyone, especially people with disabilities. Nearly 1 in 4 Americans identify as having a disability, making this the largest minority group in the country. The DAM is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment and recognizes that accessible design benefits all visitors. We’d love to hear from you as we embark on a three-year project to explore how innovative design can support accessible exhibitions that enrich the experience for all visitors.

American Sign Language interpretation and CART captioning will be provided. Please email Access@DenverArtMuseum.org to request another accessibility service with at least five (5) business days' notice of the program.
Designing for Accessibility is funded by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) and the residents who support the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (SCFD).
