The Wild Studio is the new theme for the museum's Studio, located on level 1 of the Hamilton Building. Inspired by Wild Things: The Art of Maurice Sendak, the Wild Studio is an artmaking space dedicated to making tactile experiences that evoke a connection to one’s inner playfulness and sense of joy.
Entry to the Wild Studio is included with general admission. Tickets are required to see Wild Things: The Art of Maurice Sendak and are available to purchase online or in person.
About the Artist
Jessie Rodriguez is based in Denver, Colorado. Her work has taken many different forms over the years, including printmaking, sculpture, digital art, installation, stop-motion, and video art. Her recent work is composed of linocut printmaking that she turns into short stop-motion films.
