Join us for a happy hour meetup with fellow CultureHaus members at The Ponti before heading over heading to the Logan Lecture with Candida Alvarez in Sharp Auditorium at 6 pm.
Candida Alvarez calls her paintings "chatty abstractions." Alvarez is a painter known for her complex vibrantly layered combination of abstract and figurative forms rich in pop, historical and modern art references, incorporating world news and personal memories. Her works is also in the museum's permanent collection!
