Community Spotlight: Denver Public Schools Citywide Elementary Art Show 2023
The Denver Public Schools (DPS) Citywide Elementary Art Show is an annual event featuring artists from grade levels ECE- 5th from across Denver Public Schools.
DPS Citywide Arts Events aim to broaden students’ artistic experiences and share diverse perspectives through community-based partnerships. This showcase is an opportunity to celebrate students and their unique artistic voices. Artists are encouraged to think critically and create imaginatively while developing technical and investigative skills in their art making. Thank you for supporting the arts at Denver Public Schools so that all students have opportunities to thrive in their learning.
These artworks are on view for a limited time from April 24 to May 19 in the Wonderscape, located in the lower level of the Martin Building.
School and Teacher programs are supported by the William Randolph Hearst Endowment for Education Programs, Nancy Benson Education Endowment Fund, CenturyLink Endowment, and Jim Kelley and Amie Knox Education Endowment Fund. Funding is also provided by The Virginia W. Hill Foundation, Aegon Transamerica Foundation, Sidney E.
