Members of The Museum Associates are invited to attend a special opening preview and reception for Andrea Carlson: A Constant Sky.
A Constant Sky brings together 30 striking works on paper and sculpture spanning Andrea Carlson's career, culminating in the first presentation of her three monumental stacked landscapes shown as a unified series. Carlson fuses layered references to horror films, museum collections, and modernist artists' artworks to create a sharp cultural critique to confront colonial legacies and museum practices that have impacted Indigenous communities.
