Available Audio Guides

Through the Bloomberg Connects app, you can listen to several all-ages audio guides throughout the museum. Headphones are encouraged, but not required.

  • An Introduction to The Kirkland: Hear the stories behind some highlights from The Kirkland's three collections: international decorative arts, Colorado fine art from the mid-1800s to the present, and the visionary work of artist Vance Kirkland.
  • Provenance Stories: Uncovering an Artwork's Journey: Trace the fascinating history of ownership of artworks across the collection.
  • Seen/Unseen: African Diaspora Across Collections: Helps visitors discover works by Black artists and subjects currently on view at DAM. It’s narrated by Javon Brame, member of the museum's Black Arts Collective, and features cameos by DAM curators and interpretive specialists.

  • Vanity & Vice: American Art Deco: From a chic boudoir to a clandestine speakeasy, explore the dynamic Art Deco designs with fictional guide Mabel.

  • Indigenous Arts of North America Collection: This tour is designed to help visitors with blindness or low-vision engage with the IANA Collection.
