Thank You, Denver Voters, for Supporting Measure 2D!

People in Denver voted in favor of Vibrant Denver Bond measure 2D on November 4. Measure 2D improves libraries, safety facilities, animal shelters, and cultural facilities. It is part of the city’s Vibrant Denver Bonds measures 2A–2E intended to repair and improve vital infrastructure and help Denver continue to be a great place to live, work, and visit. City voters elected to support all five bond measures, investing in infrastructure as well as public safety, and recreational and cultural facilities across Denver.

With voter approval of 2D, the Denver Art Museum will receive $3 million, which will fund the installation of power-assisted door openers to improve accessibility for visitors with mobility challenges. Additional projects include replacing the nearly 20-year-old Hamilton Building's roof and implementing repairs and upgrades to aging HVAC systems to ensure visitor comfort and care of the collection.
