FREE Arts & Well-Being Series
Explore how arts and creativity can enhance well-being with two events at the DAM. Both are free with registration.
Harnessing the Arts: Theory and Practice (November 6, 3–4:30 pm) will feature speakers from the NeuroArts Blueprint Initiative and the Colorado Resiliency Arts Lab (CORAL) discussing how art and creativity are essential to human health and well-being. The program will close with a guided creative activity.
Harnessing the Arts to Promote Wellness: Artful Living Workshop (November 16, 2:30–4 pm) will feature artists, dancers, and musicians demonstrating how these artforms help people explore feelings and emotions, and (re)connect with themselves and others.
Denver is so lucky to have such a dynamic arts scene. We hope you take full advantage of all the events and deals during Denver Arts Week! Browse the full list on the Visit Denver website.
